"BB" Sized Beads

This is the size of "BB" (click photo above, ruler is in milimeters (mm). This is on the larger size of the size beads used in the pillows made by Föm®,  HugOO® and Moshi® pillows, among others. These are above twice the size of the "Milk Bottle Beads", but still within the general range of bead used in the pills. The Milk Bottle bead was at the bottom (smallest) end of the size beans found in the foam bead pillows, where this bean is at the top (largest) end.

Known as Therapeutic Micro Beads, the Premium Micro Fine Bead is about 1/8" in diameter.

What is the main difference between this bead and the smaller mini (Milk Bottle filler) and the smallest, micro bead (Pillow Bead filler) other then the bean size? It's just the size of the bead.
